Our sample development process typically takes between 10 and 15 days, ensuring that we deliver a high-quality prototype that meets your specific requirements. For bulk production, we require a lead time of 45 to 55 days in order to maintain the same exceptional level of quality and attention to detail. This extended period ensures that we can efficiently manage the production process, allowing for customization, thorough quality checks, and meticulous logistics planning in order to deliver your order on time and exceed your satisfaction.

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 2000 pieces, which ensures production efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our customers. However, we understand the importance of flexibility in meeting diverse needs. Therefore, we are open to adjusting the MOQ based on factors such as product size, fabric type, and design complexity. Our socks are designed with safety as a top priority. If they are intended for the US market, we ensure compliance with ASTM and CPSIA standards; if for the EU market, we comply with EN71-1-2-3 and obtain CE certification. FOB, CIF, and EXW terms are all acceptable. Our primary payment method requires a 30% deposit via telegraphic transfer (T/T) at the beginning of the order to secure production, ensuring a smooth transaction process. The remaining 70% is due upon completion and before shipment. This method provides a solid foundation for our business relationships. However, we understand that different clients may have diverse payment preferences, and we are open to discussing alternative arrangements.
